Howdy, my journey to becoming a teacher started as soon as I attended my first post-secondary institution, Trinity Western University. Through my time learning under the school, I have obtained knowledge of the pedagogical, theoretical influences in the field and much more. The years in Trinity’s BEd program allowed me obtain 100+hours of teaching experience in Spanish and Chinese classrooms. Due to personal reasons, I had to step away in the midst of completing my PDP. However, the time I was away, I attained an adult education certification and some work experience. As I move onwards into my studies, I find that I like obtaining more knowledge. Hence, through the remaining time in the TESoL  program, I am excited to obtain TESoL certification as well as finally completing my PDP. Putting a inspiring ending to a wonderful story of perseverance and journey, I hope to inspire the newer generation with my story.

The best scholar have experienced failure to a degree in order to reach greater heights. Without the failures, success cannot be present.
